Life Ministries Christian School
Educating with Purpose: Grounded in God’s Word, Growing in Character and Excellence
ABOUT US
At Life Ministries Christian School, we believe that the responsibility of educating children is a God-given mandate to parents and the local body of Christ, as revealed in the Bible. Our school is committed to providing an education rooted in biblical moral values, with the goal of shaping not only the minds but also the hearts of our students. We follow the Impaq curriculum, enriched with Scripture memory, daily references to God and Jesus Christ, and a strong emphasis on character development. Through our school policies, standards of conduct, and faith-based approach, we aim to cultivate integrity, accountability, and wisdom in every learner.
Our vision is to create a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment where young men and women can grow into individuals of strong Christian character. Through a foundation built on Biblical values, character development, and academic excellence, we aim to equip our students to live purposeful, God-honouring lives. Guided by Proverbs 22:6 – “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it” – we are dedicated to shaping future leaders who stand firm in their faith and values.
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

Academics
We offer a complete academic journey from Preschool (Grade RRR) to Grade 12, structured into five phases: Preschool, Foundation, Intermediate, Senior, and FET. We follow the IMPAQ and CAPS curriculum up to Grade 9, and the SACAI curriculum for the FET Phase (Grades 10–12), ensuring a strong foundation and nationally accredited matric qualification.

Little Life (Grade RRR-Grade R)
Providing a warm, nurturing environment where young children grow through play-based learning, early literacy and numeracy development. Rooted in strong Christian values, we lay the spiritual and educational foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Foundation Phase (Grade 1-3)
Focusing on building strong literacy, numeracy, and life skills, laying the essential groundwork for academic success. Alongside academic growth, we nurture each child’s spiritual development through Christian values, fostering character, kindness, and faith.

Intermediate Phase (Grade 4-6)
Encouraging independent thinking and deeper learning across a broad range of subjects, strengthening academic skills and confidence. Christian values remain central, guiding learners in character development, responsibility, and a growing personal faith.

Senior Phase (Grade 7-9)
Guiding learners toward high school readiness with a strong emphasis on academic depth, critical thinking, and personal responsibility. During this pivotal stage, Christian values are essential in shaping identity, fostering wise decision-making, and nurturing a resilient sense of purpose.

FET Phase (Grade 10-12)
Preparing learners for their final school years with a focus on academic excellence, subject specialization, and readiness for tertiary education or future careers. Christian values remain a guiding force, helping students make wise, purpose-driven decisions as they explore their passions, define their goals, and step confidently into adulthood.

Aftercare
Our Aftercare service provides a safe, structured, and caring environment for learners after school hours. Children are supported with homework supervision, enjoy creative and recreational activities, and have time to relax in a familiar setting. Grounded in Christian values, our aftercare promotes respect, responsibility, and a sense of belonging—giving parents peace of mind and learners a home-away-from-home experience.
